REDLANDS >> A business that began with “Hey, I think I’m going to open a hot dog concept” is opening its doors here.

JOJO’S GRILL-A-DOG^® is the latest addition to Mountain Grove shopping center at Alamaba Street and San Bernardino Avenue.

It is the brainchild of Ryan Molnar and Jason Tang, who launched JoJo’s a year and a half ago in Yucaipa.

As the two men related in the courtyard outside their new eatery, it began when Molnar was assigned to write a strategic business plan to complete a degree at the University of Redlands.
